No experience is necessary! We offer classes for all levels, from beginners to advanced. Our instructors are trained to guide you through the exercises at your own pace.

Comfortable, form-fitting clothing is best. We recommend wearing stretchy clothes that allow for full range of motion, such as leggings and a fitted top. You must come with a pair of grip socks ! If you do not have , we sell them at the studio :)
